The Plume Training Team conducts regularly scheduled webinars open to all existing and new service providers. These webinars explain the basics of the Plume system, the app and Plume features, Plume tools and Architecture.

Assigned Learning Plans
Learning plans present course in a logical sequence to ensure you are learning the subject in the best possible manner. Depending on your role in the Plume Portal, specific sets of learning plans will be assigned. This ensures you learn what you need to help your customers without having to go through courses that may not apply to your level of access.

Individual courses that are not part of a Learning Plan are also available that you can take at your leisure. The content provided ranges from basic Wi-Fi and networking concepts to specifics about what's under the hood of some of Plume's great features.
Courses are updated regularly as the Plume system and tools are updated and you'll receive a notification by email if there is something new.
