Frontline Tier 1
The streamlined analytics, built-in troubleshooting flows and recommendation engine of Frontline Tier 1 is ideal for Tier 1 level technical support agents. This allows them to efficiently complete basic troubleshooting and assist with initial installation and network configuration.
The Technician Dashboard of Frontline Tier 1 can also be used to further streamline the interface to give onsite technicians everything needed to setup and verify the installation of Plume in a customer's home.
Frontline Tier 2&3
The Frontline Tier 2&3 is designed with Tier 2 / Tier 3 support personnel in mind and contains more analytics, without the troubleshooting guides and recommendation engine of Frontline Tier 1.
In addition to the same settings and controls found in Frontline Tier 1, the Frontline Tier 2&3 adds engineering level controls of the customer's Plume network to allow for more complex device compatibility and performance troubleshooting.
Both tools have different roles than can be assigned to each user to further customize access.
