The Technician Dashboard of Plume Central can also be used to further streamline the interface to give onsite technicians everything needed to setup and verify the installation of Plume in a customer's home.
The Plume NOC is designed with Tier 2 / Tier 3 support personnel in mind and contains more analytics, without the troubleshooting guides and recommendation engine of Plume Central.
In addition to the same settings and controls found in Plume Central, the NOC adds engineering level controls of the customer's Plume network to allow for more complex device compatibility and performance troubleshooting.
Both tools have different roles than can be assigned to each user to further customize access.
