Email does not exist error message
If the account and network are set up ahead of time, they may be using the wrong email. This may also happen if they forget the original email they used to create the account.
- Search for the customer's account and location using the serial number of one of their pods. This ensures that they you are using the proper account. You can also use their Account ID.
- Compare the email they are attempting to use to the one in PlumeCentral or the Plume NOC.
- Correct the spelling of the email and have the customer try the email verification again or manually verify the email in Plume Central or the NOC.
- Help the customer verify the email and reset password if necessary.
